William Stine, CEO

Mr. Stine is the President of SWL, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Cincinnati School of Law. Mr. Stine was also a First Lieutenant in the United States Army. He practiced Law in Arizona for 37 years. Mr. Stine was previously a certified instructor of evidence and criminal procedure at Phoenix College, Phoenix, Arizona (1980-82) and acted as a judge pro tempore for Gilbert Municipal Court, Gilbert, Arizona(2000-02). He has managed SW Liens since its inception.

Cindy Stine

Mrs. Stine is a founding owner of SW Liens. and sits on the Board of Directors. She has worked in the legal field in Arizona since 1972 and is a licensed Private Investigator.

Ashley Stone

Ms. Stone graduated from Arizona State University in 1998 with a BA in broadcasting and history. She possesses an e-notary certificate from the National Notary Association.
