Expedited filings are filing that must be prepared and recorded within 24 hours during normal business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Any documents that are submitted for expedited filing must specifically request that expedited filing be done and the additional fee(s) paid on submission. SWMS will calculate the 24 hours to begin running from the time the expedited filing request is received if it is submitted during normal business hours on a work day. Expedited requests submitted after hours or on weekends or holidays will be calculated based on the opening of business on the first morning of the business day the expedited filing request is received. |
