Mr. Stine is the President and In-House Legal counsel for SWMS. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Cincinnati School of Law. Mr. Stine was also a first Lieutenant in the United States Army. He has practiced Law in Arizona since 1976. He has been with SWMS since its inception.
Mrs. Bouma is the Chief Financial Officer, and a founding owner of SWMS. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carrey School of Business. Prior to starting SWMS, she worked for several Fortune 500 companies and also worked as an analyst and forensic accountant for Coopers & Lybrand’s Phoenix office.
Mrs. Kline has been in the legal field for 18 years. She has worked as a legal assistant/paralegal, both in California and Arizona. She is also a Certified Legal Document Preparer. (AzLDP #81153) Shannon is among a select few certified E- Notaries in the State of Arizona who was selected to participate in Arizona’s pilot program for electronic notaries. She has been with SWMS since its inception as the head notary and de-facto office manager.
Mrs. Stine is a founding owner of SWMS and sits on the Board of Directors. She has worked in the legal field in Arizona since 1972 and is a licensed Private Investigator.
Ms. Stone graduated from Arizona State University in 1998 with a BA in broadcasting and history. She is currently a paralegal and possesses an e-notary certificate from the National Notary Association.
